I have over 20 years of consulting experience from various positions. I began my career as a legal secretary and worked my way up to paralegal for an international law firm to become the serial entrepreneur and business owner I am today. I am an International Networker and Market Entry Expert.

Moving to Austria demanded a change of career as well as overcoming the challenge of the language barrier. I am an optimistic and positive person who, while learning German, co-founded the International Women’s Association of Graz. IWA was established to support and help international women to develop business networks and friendships when new to Graz. I also began supporting film producers in joint-production deals and later developed a program called “Going International” when working at the Austrian Chamber of Commerce in Styria.

In 2002 I set up my own business and have continued to invest and own additional businesses.  I work with investors, developers and creatives on a daily basis and utilize my international network to develop business opportunities.

In 2009 I became the CEO of PCB Paierl Consulting Beteiligungs GmbH. Besides that I am the Vice-President of the American Chamber of Commerce Austria, Co-founder and Vice-President of International Women’s Forum Austria as well as Chairwoman of the Mentoring Program. I designed the mentoring program in order to promote leadership in women in a non-political format, to encourage inclusiveness and to develop positive collaborations among women in various fields. Additionally, I mentor young companies and start-ups to get them on the right path for investor presentation.
